JRS Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Turner – Programmer, Setter, Operator in Willenhall, UK. You will program, set and operate CNC turning centres to manufacture high-precision aerospace components to tight tolerances in a modern precision engineering environment.

In this permanent, days-based role, you will work a 4-day week and enjoy early finish every Friday, plus benefits such as a company pension and free on-site parking. Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and GD&T is essential.

Qualificações

• Previous experience programming, setting and operating CNC Turning Centres
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience machining precision components to tight tolerances
• Experience with micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges and thread gauges
• Aerospace or precision engineering experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Program, set and operate CNC Turning Centres using Fanuc controls
• Produce precision-machined aerospace components to engineering drawings
• Interpret complex GD&T and tight tolerances on drawings
• Select tooling, inserts and cutting parameters to achieve quality
• Machine components to customer specifications with first-off and in-process inspection
• Maintain clean, safe and organized work area and support continuous improvement
