Ipeco Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Setter/Operator to program, set and manufacture small-batch aerospace components. You will set up CNC milling machines, read engineering drawings in metric and imperial, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances and delivery timelines.

The role requires extensive experience with CNC milling, measuring equipment, and a proactive approach to teamwork, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling and setting up 3-axis machines.
• Reading engineering drawings in metric and imperial.
• Ability to use diverse inspection tools and ensure tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for small-batch aerospace components.
• Manufacture parts within tight tolerances and agreed timescales.
• Read drawings, select tools, and adjust programs as needed.
• Mentor new staff and maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
