• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Understanding of surface treatment processes and technical drawing discussions.

• Identify new business via new or existing clients and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and deliver the sales and marketing requirements with Directors.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and collect customer feedback.
• Support projects including new product introduction and train to quote for new business.
• Provide regular updates to the senior leadership team on new opportunities.
