Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking Assembly Fitters for an established aerospace manufacturing operation in Nottingham. You will work hands-on on aircraft structures and assemblies, using drawings, jigs and fixtures to produce components to exacting aerospace standards.

Roles vary from bench assembly to wing-structure work, with training provided for job-specific tasks. A collaborative manufacturing team environment with strict safety and quality requirements awaits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly or engineering experience is preferred.
• Aerospace background is advantageous but not required with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft components from drawings and specs.
• Use jigs, fixtures and tooling to meet aerospace standards.
• Carry out drilling, riveting, fitting of fasteners and measurement tasks.
• Maintain production records and ensure safety and quality compliance.
