Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team seeks an experienced Aero Software Developer to join the high-performance team at the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, UK.

You will develop software for aerodynamic analysis, design desktop and web interfaces, and optimize CFD data processing backends. Collaborate with aero engineers and data scientists to improve data visualization and workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Experience with data organization and repository creation.
• Strong knowledge of PyQt and deployment to Windows/Linux.
• Familiarity with Django, VTK/ParaView/PyVista, and containerized deployment.
• Familiarity with HPC environments and scientific data visualization (3D).

Responsibilities

• Develop, create and improve software for efficient aerodynamic analysis.
• Design desktop and web applications to present CFD data.
• Contribute to the redesign and optimization of the backend used to process CFD data.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient CFD post-processing workflows.
• Work closely with aerodynamic engineers to improve data understanding and visualization.
• Design, code, test, release and maintain data analysis applications.
