Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform Specialist to lead the design, implementation and optimization of data-driven experiences using Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimiser.

You will translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions, ensure data integrity, mentor others and drive continuous improvement across AEP delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP with Journey Optimiser.
• Strong data architecture knowledge: XDM schemas, identity services, APIs.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring and shaping technical capability.
• Proven experience defining QA frameworks, standards and scalable processes.
• Agile delivery experience with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, implementation and optimisation of AEP solutions including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimiser.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AEP use cases.
• Design and manage XDM schemas, datasets, merge policies, and identity configurations.
• Integrate AEP with external systems via APIs to ensure performance and scalability.
