VodafoneThree is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist to lead design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven experiences using Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimiser. You will translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions, ensure data integrity, and mentor others.

You’ll shape internal capability, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate in an agile environment. Hybrid/remote working with a permanent, full-time role in the UK.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform: Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, and translating Campaign Classic to AEP.
• Strong data architecture, identity services, APIs, and governance; SQL and Snowflake proficiency.
• Leadership: manage expectations, influence decisions, mentor teammates.
• Process: define docs standards, QA frameworks, scalable delivery processes.
• Agile delivery: work in agile environments with Jira/Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimisation of AEP solutions including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimiser.
• Translate business needs into scalable, actionable AEP use cases.
• Design and manage XDM schemas, datasets, merge policies, and identity configurations.
• Integrate AEP with external systems via APIs for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and optimise data flows through testing and analytics.
• Advise stakeholders, align delivery with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Document processes, standards, and QA frameworks for quality.
• Stay updated with Adobe roadmap to drive innovation.
