Royal British Legion in the Inverness and Highlands region is seeking an Advocacy and Complex Needs Advisor to support veterans facing homelessness, mental health challenges, and related complex circumstances. You will work to empower beneficiaries with holistic, person-centred assistance in partnership with local services.

• Complete effective case management of ~20 complex beneficiary cases with up-to-date records.
• Visit beneficiaries in their homes to assess needs and build positive, professional relationships.
• Develop a clear, person-centred support and action plan with beneficiaries.
• Provide specialist advice and advocacy, identify appropriate services and referrals.
