Royal British Legion is seeking an Advocacy and Complex Needs Advisor for Inverness and Highlands. The role is homebased with regular travel across the region, offering a permanent, full-time contract and a 35-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Complete effective and efficient case management of about 20 complex beneficiary cases, with accurate up-to-date records.
• Carry out home visits to assess needs, build relationships, review progress and provide person-centred support.
• Work holistically with beneficiaries to identify priorities and develop a clear support/action plan.
• Provide specialist advocacy and advise on relevant services, including housing, health and substance use, with referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with beneficiaries and partner agencies to overcome barriers and coordinate support.
