Job summary

Expedia Group Advertising (EGA) is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to develop and improve sales training programs. You will design training modules, conduct live sessions, and onboard new hires, leveraging Seismic and other tools.

Based in London or Madrid, you will collaborate with Sales, Product and Analytics to drive measurable sales improvements. Excellent communication and training design are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to business or communications.
• 2+ years of sales experience and sales training.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and work with minimal direction.
• Training program design skills and strong communications.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to leverage AI solutions for content production purposes.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain existing EGA sales training program.
• Develop training and onboarding content to improve sales skills.
• Use Seismic to build engaging content and modules for trainings.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Analytics to measure sales success.
• Deliver live training and planning sessions as required.
• Collaborate with Field Operation teammates on cross-functional initiatives.
