Role Title:

Advanced Team Member - Year FTC

Role Objectives:

Operate machinery, perform basic maintenance, identify faults, train team members, monitor performance, ensure production targets are met, contribute to continuous improvement, maintain hygiene and quality standards, record data, and perform inspections.

Key Deliverables:

• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and Health & Safety standards
• Maintain safety standards and ensure no accidents
• Adhere to production plans, avoid shortages
• Be audit-ready, comply with GMP
• Collaborate with Engineering, possess mechanical awareness

Bring Your Experience:

Essential: Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, fault-finding, quality improvement, manual dexterity, decision-making skills.

Desirable: Mechanical understanding, experience with food handling and equipment operation.
