Outwood Alternative Provision Eston in Middlesbrough is hiring Advanced Teaching Assistants to deliver targeted interventions and support learning for students with SEND, SEMH, and related needs. You will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff, 30 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, with both permanent and temporary opportunities and job-share options.

We're looking for Advanced Teaching Assistants who can provide the consistency, encouragement and specialist support that helps young people re-engage with education. This is a role for someone who is patient, resilient and emotionally intelligent, and who understands that progress is often measured in small but significant steps.

Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you'll deliver targeted interventions, support learning in and beyond the classroom, and help students overcome barriers linked to SEND, social, emotional and mental health needs.
