Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust in Middlesbrough is seeking Advanced Teaching Assistants to support students in the Outwood Alternative Provision Eston. This role focuses on targeted interventions, supporting learning in and beyond the classroom, and helping pupils overcome SEND, SEMH needs.

The position is 30 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, with both permanent and temporary opportunities. The salary ranges from £19,590 to £20,500 with benefits, and you will join a supportive team
