Community Integrated Care in Sheffield is seeking a Male Bank Advanced Support Worker to join our complex care team. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them lead more independent lives with flexible long day and sleep-in shifts. A full UK driving licence is required.

You’ll access ongoing training, DBS paid by us, pension, and progression opportunities within a charity that reinvests profits into people and communities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Social Care is required.
• Experience supporting people with autism and challenging behaviour is essential.
• Knowledge of PBS and person-centred approaches is beneficial.
• Commitment to learning and development in social care.
