Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Sonographer to work across Hereford County Hospital, community hospitals and the new Community Diagnostic Centre. You will provide ultrasound imaging in obstetrics, abdominal, pelvic, vascular and small parts, rotating across sites to ensure timely high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Experience/Training in ultrasound within an NHS setting.
• Expert knowledge of ultrasound and related governance.
• Ability to document and collate data and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations including abdominal and obstetric.
• Work across acute, community settings and CDC as part of a rotating team.
• Participate in audits, quality assurance and continuous professional development.
