Qualifications

• Experience in working with children and families in a statutory social care setting.

• Social Work England registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of the most complex cases in children’s services.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to Newly Qualified Social Workers and experienced Social Workers.
• Advocate for the principles of diversity and inclusion in workplace culture and service delivery.
