Coventry City Council is seeking an Advanced Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) to join our West area Help and Protection team on a full-time permanent basis. You will manage the most complex cases in children\'s services and provide coaching and mentorship to NQSWs and seasoned social workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of the most complex cases in children's services.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and support to Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) and experienced Social Workers.
• Offer professional wisdom and guidance in situations of high complexity.
