Job summary

Coventry City Council is seeking an Advanced Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) to join our West area Help and Protection team on a full-time permanent basis. You will manage the most complex cases in children\'s services and provide coaching and mentorship to NQSWs and seasoned social workers.

We offer flexible working options, including a nine-day fortnight, to support work-life balance while delivering high-quality outcomes for children, young people and families in Coventry.

About the Role:

We are on the lookout for an Advanced Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) who shares our commitment to providing the best possible support to our Children, Young People and Families to join us on a full time permanent basis in our West area Help and Protection team.
