Job Description:

The role involves assessing the current position, developing improvement action plans, and undertaking specific tasks as directed by the Principal Social Worker, particularly in preparation for CQC inspection.

Responsibilities include:

1. Practicing social work in a strengths-based and person-centred manner.
2. Implementing and maintaining a Quality Assurance framework and cycle.
3. Conducting learning and development needs assessments and creating individual development plans based on these assessments.
4. Ensuring policies and procedures are current, compliant, and relevant.

The role also involves supporting staff recruitment and retention, overseeing the apprenticeship program, and developing and assessing the ASYE program and individual progress.
