The team includes Health and Wellbeing Assessors, Social Workers, Experienced Social Workers, Advanced Social Workers, and a Team Manager. We seek a social work qualified and experienced Advanced Practitioner for our team in the New Addington and Selsdon Locality area.
As an Advanced Social Worker, you will supervise experienced and newly qualified social workers, assessors, and provide support and advice. You may deputise for the Team Manager. You will lead practice development, quality assurance, staff development, and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications and Experience
We value team working, professionalism, creativity, and a person-centered approach. Candidates should demonstrate strong practice skills, knowledge of legislation, and a willingness to extend their skills. Leadership and supervisory abilities are desirable.
