Job summary

Opus People Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist to support the PEI Team within the Pathway to Independence. The role delivers OT interventions for adults 18+, aims to maximise independence, and oversees practice quality while supervising OT staff.

The post is hybrid, with a Wednesday office day at Goscote Centre (WS3 1SJ), and visits/home working on other days. It involves leading, mentoring and collaborating to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised qualification.
• Significant post-qualification experience in Adult Social Care.
• Experience supervising, mentoring staff, students or apprentices.
• Ability to lead and support colleagues through complex decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional supervision and quality assurance of OT practice.
• Manage workload allocation and support team planning.
• Coach, mentor and develop the OT workforce.
• Support complex case discussions and decision-making alongside the Team Manager.
