Job summary

Caritas Recruitment Limited in Oldham is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Assessment and Intervention / Family Help team. You will assess families, develop tailored intervention plans, and support safeguarding of children and young people.

You will lead practice development, work with multi-agency partners, and maintain accurate case records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England is required.
  • Significant post-qualifying experience in social work, especially in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with clear safeguarding knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and professionals.

Responsibilities
