Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in adult social work, with a hospital setting focus.
  • Recognised social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with service users and families.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
