Qualifications

  • Professional Registration in NMC, HCPC, or GPhC.
  • Registered as an independent prescriber.
  • Experience in autonomous practice within multi-professional teams.

  • Work Pattern: 2x 12 hours shifts per week. (its a Triage role 24/7)

What Your Typical Day Looks Like:
  • Provide autonomous, advanced clinical care
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients effectively
  • Conduct and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations
  • Initiate specialist referrals where appropriate
  • Maintain high-quality clinical records in line with best practice
  • Stay up to date with developments in clinical practice
  • Work within professional regulatory guidelines and scope of practice
To Be a Successful Advanced Practitioner, You Will Need:
  • Professional Registration: NMC, HCPC, or GPhC
  • Independent Prescriber: Registered as a non-medical prescriber
  • Education: Minimum of two Level 7 modules, including clinical assessment skills
  • Experience: Autonomous practice in multi-professional teams
  • Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills
