Job summary

DHU Healthcare welcomes applications for an Advanced Practitioner to provide autonomous, high-quality care to first-contact patients within our 24/7 urgent care network.

You will assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe and refer using advanced clinical skills, collaborating with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and wider DHU services to improve patient outcomes.

  • Support timely access to care, improved patient outcomes, and excellent patient experience.
  • Collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and wider DHU services to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
  • Use strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills to manage complex cases and provide reassurance to patients.
  • Contribute to continuous professional development and service improvement within a supportive, multi-professional team environment.

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will:
