Job summary

DHU Healthcare in Coventry is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to provide autonomous, high‑quality care to first‑contact patients and to diagnose, treat, prescribe and refer using advanced clinical skills. You will deliver care with strong clinical judgement and excellent communication, supporting timely access and better patient experiences.

You will work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and the wider DHU services to deliver integrated care, while engaging in continuous professional

• Collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and wider DHU services to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
• Use strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills to manage complex cases and provide reassurance to patients.
• Contribute to continuous professional development and service improvement within a supportive, multi-professional team environment.
