Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for an ongoing role in Brent within Adults Social Care. The post offers full time/part time flexibility at a competitive rate of £36.00 per hour, with substantial opportunities for professional growth and impact in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Practice Educator qualification or willingness to work towards this.
• Evidence of relevant post-qualifying professional development.

Responsabilités

• Manage a reduced caseload of highly complex cases requiring advanced assessment, risk management, and intervention planning.
• Provide professional advice, guidance, and reflective supervision to Social Workers, ASYE practitioners, and wider multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead on safeguarding enquiries, investigations, and risk assessments in accordance with statutory requirements and local procedures.
• Support the Team Manager with practice development, performance monitoring, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Equality Act 2010, and associated statutory guidance.
