Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide flexible, autonomous ANP-led sessions across Sidmouth in established primary care clinics. You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations and support routine patient demand within GP and community services, maintaining consistency in your working environment.

This role offers Fully flexible sessional work with weekday, evening or weekend availability, and ad-hoc or regular bookings across regional primary care

Qualifications

• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic's digital systems
