Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver autonomous ANP-led clinics across Crewkerne and surrounding primary care sites. You will handle advanced assessments, acute and minor illness, and same-day presentations with full clinical autonomy in established GP and community services.

Flexible sessional work with weekday, evening or weekend availability, ad-hoc or regular bookings, and a clear pathway workflow to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification required.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities
