Redgate Medical Centre is seeking an experienced ANP to join our two-site practice in Somerset. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, autonomously assess and manage a wide range of conditions and collaborate closely with GPs and the multidisciplinary team.

You will provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues, contribute to audits and protocols, and help shape innovative approaches to patient care within our practice network.

Qualifications

• Experienced registered nurse with recent primary or community care experience in an ANP role.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Experience in clinical triage and managing minor illness and injuries.
• Excellent communication and supportive team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, personalised care to patients.
• Work autonomously and make clinical decisions within your scope of practice.
• Manage patients with undifferentiated, acute and complex conditions.
• Prescribe within your scope of practice and empower patients to make informed choices.
• Collaborate with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and support to colleagues.
• Champion evidence-based practice and drive service improvements.
