Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients with acute, chronic and undifferentiated conditions
• Take histories, examine patients and formulate differential diagnoses and evidence-based treatment plans
• Manage patients independently, seeking clinical support when required
• Prescribe safely and cost-effectively within scope of practice and current legislation
• Refer patients to secondary care and community services under local pathways
• Undertake home visits where needed and contribute to care planning with the wider team
• Support clinical audit, quality improvement and protocol development, mentoring colleagues
