Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Surgical Assessment Unit. We seek enthusiastic, motivated ACPs with MSc in Advanced Practice to develop their scope of practice and deliver high-quality patient care in the urgent surgical setting.

Roles include 1.0 WTE or 0.8 WTE with 3–4 shifts weekly between 7:30am and 9:00pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Advanced Practice required.
• Registered Advanced Practitioner with capability in four pillars of advanced practice.
• Experience in General Surgery and Urgent/Emergency care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the pathway with the multidisciplinary team.
• Be accountable for actions in line with professional regulatory body.
• Lead and deliver clinical care across settings, following national and local guidelines.
