Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Extended Clinical Practitioner to join the Urgent Community Response (UCR) and Hospital at Home Service. Applications are welcome from Registered Adult Nurses and Allied Health Professionals with access to a vehicle for work purposes, to deliver high-quality complex care at patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Registered Adult Nurse or Allied Health Professional
• Must have vehicle access for work purposes
• Band 6 Development Post, progression to Band 7 on completion of requirements
