Middleway Surgery in the United Kingdom seeks a motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our clinical team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, develop clinical skills and contribute to the continued development of our nursing services.

You will work alongside experienced GPs with opportunities for professional development, shared learning and involvement in supervision and education of medical students within the practice.

Competenze

• Qualified healthcare professional with Masters level education.
• Current UK professional registration and independent prescribing status.
• Experience with prescribing and medication reviews.

Mansioni

• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide advanced nursing care in line with NICE guidelines and standards.
• Deliver chronic disease reviews and treatment plans.
• Refer to secondary care as appropriate and manage emergencies.
