Job summary

Great Western Medical Practice in Aberdeen is seeking an autonomous clinician to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and long-term conditions. You will work closely with GPs, nurses and pharmacists to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care.

The role involves leading episodes of care, prescribing where appropriate, and contributing to clinical governance and innovative primary care models within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold GMC registration and be eligible to practice in Scotland.
• Experience in primary care and urgent/acute care preferred.
• Ability to lead complex care with evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

Working as an autonomous clinician, you'll play a key role in assessing, diagnosing and managing patients with a wide range of acute and long-term conditions. You'll work alongside experienced GPs, nurses, pharmacists and the wider practice team to ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time.
