Caritas Recruitment is seeking an Adults Advanced Practitioner to join our hospital team in Salford. You will conduct advanced assessments and develop tailored care plans within a multidisciplinary setting.

The role emphasises leadership and mentoring of junior staff and students, collaboration to improve patient outcomes, and participation in audits and quality improvement initiatives. A strong, patient-centred approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in an AHP discipline (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy).
• Current registration with the relevant professional body.
• Significant post-qualification experience in a hospital setting with advanced clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced assessments and formulate evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Leading and mentoring junior staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
