Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Adults Advanced Practitioner to join the Hospital Discharge team at Salford Royal on a 12‑month locum contract. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, paying £32.55 per hour to support safe discharge and seamless patient transitions.
