Service Care Solutions is currently working with a leading local authority based in Lincolnshire, seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care sector.

Salary:
PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

Contract Details:
3-month contract with potential for extension, fully remote working.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal and administrative advice to the County Council, partners, and external clients.
• Manage a high caseload in adult social care from start to finish.
• Offer expert guidance within your area of expertise.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
• Experience working in the Adult Social Care legal team for a local authority.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years of experience in adult social care law.
