Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer – 3 months + – Remote/Hybrid

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within aLocal Authorityand can demonstrate knowledge ofAdult Social Care matters.

Duties may include:

• Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
• Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
• To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
• Represent the Council in court and may need to conduct advocacy when required
• To cover and manage Back Log
