Senior Commercial Solicitor / Senior Commercial Contract Lawyer / Legal Director

Napthens is one of the top UK legal advisers on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the northwest region, according to Experian Market IQ.

The firm has invested in larger premises at the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district, within The Plaza, 100 Old Hall Street.

By expanding its presence in the city, Napthens aims to grow its business in the Liverpool City Region and across the northwest. Since opening in Liverpool in 2018, led by corporate lawyer Gareth McIntegart and headlined by partner Kieran Donovan, the office has increased its annual turnover to circa £3m in 2024-2025.

You will join our Corporate Commercial Contracts Team, providing support and expertise to our clients. We offer flexibility regarding office location and hybrid working. Whether full-time or part-time, we are open to discussions.
