The Role:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to adults with complex needs, including those with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
  • Promote independence and life skills through tailored support plans and activities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
  • Manage challenging behaviours with empathy, patience, and effective strategies, supported by our extensive training programs.
