The Role

As an Adult Support Worker, you will:

  1. Provide person-centred care and support to adults with complex needs, including those with autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.
  2. Promote independence and life skills through tailored support plans and activities.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
