You will work flexible shifts, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and support patient recovery, utilizing your therapeutic skills.

Main Duties

• Assess referrals, deliver therapy, or refer to psychology colleagues.
• Formulate care plans, prescribe treatments, and guide evidence-based practices.
• Support patients and families, explaining diagnoses and options.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary teams for shared decision-making.
• Lead or work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess patient needs, delegate tasks, and monitor conditions.
• Perform administrative tasks like record keeping and prescriptions.
• Mentor junior doctors and medical students.

Qualifications

• MBChB or equivalent.
