Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a relevant degree.
• Experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in community settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and abilities.
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
