Adult Nurse Manager – ICU/ITU or Complex Care – Up to £45,000 – Kent

Are you an experienced ICU or ITU nurse, or do you have a background in community complex care? We are looking for a passionate and skilled Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and growing healthcare provider delivering high-quality complex care packages across the Kent area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse looking to step into a leadership role in the community. As an Adult Nurse Manager, you’ll provide clinical oversight, support care staff, and ensure exceptional standards of patient-centred care.

What you’ll do:

• Visit clients in the community and complete regular care reviews

• Create and maintain personalised care plans

• Provide training and clinical support to carers (tracheostomy/ventilator care)

• Work closely with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams

• Respond to clinical incidents or complaints and maintain care quality

• Submit clinical reports and updates to commissioners as required

What you’ll need:

• NMC registered RGN

• Experience in either ICU/ITU OR community complex care (tracheostomy and ventilator experience essential)

• Strong leadership and team support skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
