East Sussex College Group in Hastings is seeking a proactive Wellbeing Officer to support adult learners across campus locations. You will manage a caseload, provide personalised guidance, and work to remove barriers to learning while enhancing attendance and progression.

You'll collaborate with tutors, identify safeguarding concerns, deliver wellbeing activities, and contribute to events. This role is based at the Hastings Campus, 37 hours per week, with a competitive FE salary.

Formación

• Experience identifying individual needs and delivering effective support.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, wellbeing and mental health.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of learners.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one support and guidance to adult learners across campuses.
• Implement interventions to improve engagement, attendance and achievement.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns where required.
• Support delivery of wellbeing tutorials and activities.
• Contribute to college wellbeing campaigns and events.
• Work flexibly across campuses and support learners studying both in person and remotely.
