Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a proactive SSWI Co-ordinator (Adults) to lead inclusive support for adult learners across curriculum areas. You will identify learner needs, coordinate strategies, and ensure compliant provision that supports engagement and wellbeing.

You will lead EHCP processes for adults, supervise Specialist Inclusion Mentors, and drive high-quality support with CPD and quality assurance across the cohort.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating support for adult learners.
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
• Experience with budget management and compliance.
• Familiarity with Adult Skills Funding requirements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and monitor support for an identified adult learner cohort, using early intervention to identify needs and promote wellbeing.
• Work with curriculum and support teams to ensure timely reasonable adjustments and embed inclusive practice across learning environments.
• Align support with Adult Skills Funding requirements, manage resources within budget, and maintain audit/quality compliance.
• Lead EHCP processes for adult learners, including development, implementation, and review.
• Provide leadership and line management to Specialist Inclusion Mentors, overseeing performance and CPD.
