Job summary

Branston Ltd. is seeking an experienced RGN to lead clinical care in a specialist complex community setting around Burton upon Trent.

You will manage a caseload of adults with complex healthcare needs, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver training to Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers. The role requires strong autonomy and collaboration with GPs and other professionals, based Monday–Friday in Burton upon Trent.

Qualifications

• RGN with active NMC registration.
• Experience in adult complex care (ICU/HDU/critical care or community nursing).
• Clinical experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, neurological conditions, spinal injuries and complex medication regimes.
• Confident completing clinical assessments, care plans and competency assessments.
• Strong training, teaching and mentoring skills.
• Able to work autonomously within the community.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

About You

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC registration.

Package & Benefits £45,000 £50,000 depending on experience.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No on-call. Community-based role covering Burton upon Trent.
