Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd are seeking Life Practitioners to join our Adult Residential Home at Tigh Cranntail in Mansfield. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives and joining them on community activities.

A company vehicle is provided for transport to activities, with a UK driving licence required. Starting rates are £13.12–£14.12 per hour, with progression opportunities through our competency framework to higher rates.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player
• Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willing to work towards

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help individuals live independently by assisting with daily activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Operate a company vehicle for transport to activities, appointments and outings.
