Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a full-time ADR Bulk Driver to join our Amber Park operation in South Normanton (DE55 2DT). You will typically work 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional nights out.

You will deliver nationwide in multi-pot tankers to food and brewing industries, with full training and PPE provided. Requirements include a full EU driving licence with C+E, ADR tanks, Driver CPC, a Tachograph card, and no more than six penalty points.

Qualifications

• ADR tanker licence with tanks.
• Full EU driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Digital Tachograph Card is required.
• No more than 6 current penalty points.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries nationwide.
• Multi-pot tanker deliveries to food and brewing industries.
• Full training and PPE provided.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Guarantee safe and legal operation of HGV vehicles and perform safety checks.
• Report vehicle defects to Line Manager as per policy.

GXO is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent ADR Bulk Driver to join our team at our multi-user operation in Amber Park, South Normanton (DE55 2DT).

You’ll work an average of 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 04:00 and 18:00. The role will generally involve one to two nights out per week.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Carry out deliveries Nationwide
• Multi-pot tanker deliveries to food and brewing industries
• Full training and PPE provided
• Ensure that all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and on-time
• Guarantee the safe and legal operation of HGV vehicles at all times, completed safety checks before leaving site and on return to site
• Report all vehicle defects to your Line Manager in line with organisation policy

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full EU driving licence with category C+E entitlement
• ADR licence with tanks. All classes except 1 and 7 required
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
